American Crane and Tractor Parts Inc. has authorized your access to its confidential, proprietary information, including pricing information and stock levels, by providing you with a login (username and password).

The confidential, proprietary information of American Crane and Tractor Parts Inc. to which you have access through this login as well as the login itself, either username or password, (collectively, "Confidential Information") is a valuable asset and trade secret of American Crane and Tractor Parts Inc. and you hereby agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information by not disclosing this Confidential Information to any third party and to only use this Confidential Information for the purpose of purchasing products from American Crane and Tractor Parts Inc.

Any unauthorized disclosure or distribution by Customer of the login (either username or password) or any other item of Confidential Information will result in cancellation of Customer's membership and will subject Customer to a claim for damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, for Customer's breach of this agreement.

By checking the "I accept these terms and conditions" below, you agree to refrain from disclosing or distributing the login (username and password) or any other item of Confidential Information without the prior written authorization of American Crane & Tractor Parts, Inc., in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
